Lead commercial and contractual management across major infrastructure projects from tender to final account. Ensure NEC contract compliance, manage negotiations, certify payments, audit contractor costs, assess claims and delays, set and monitor KPIs, oversee tendering and contractor appointment, and manage a team of contract administrators to drive contractor performance and continuous improvement.

Provide project controls support across planning, scheduling, cost estimating, reporting, controls and risk management for infrastructure, healthcare and data centre projects. Manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver project and cost control services on complex programmes.

Lead implementation and assurance of risk management on major infrastructure projects: engage stakeholders, develop risk registers and mitigation plans, perform quantitative risk analysis (Monte-Carlo/QCRA/QSRA), produce risk reports, advise bids, coach staff, and support cost, schedule, and change control teams for informed decision-making.

Lead project controls for large infrastructure programmes: establish baselines (cost, schedule, performance), apply EVM, manage change control, risk and reporting, support financial reporting and governance, mentor controllers, standardise tools/processes, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead reporting for a large infrastructure programme: develop tools, templates and governance; produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards; manage KPIs and data quality; integrate reporting with finance, risk and delivery teams; coach a team of reporting analysts; ensure compliance and actionable performance insights for senior stakeholders.

Provide and implement risk management solutions across major infrastructure projects: identify, assess, quantify (QCRA/QSRA), report risks, develop registers and mitigation plans, coach staff, support bids, and advise senior stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Support creation and modification of 3D models, CAD elements, and point cloud data; integrate imagery into presentations; help maintain standards and processes; work remotely and in-office under direct supervision.

Manage building projects across full lifecycle in Northern Ireland—from concept and design through procurement, construction and commissioning. Serve as day-to-day client contact, administer NEC ECC contracts, plan and supervise moderately sized projects, and support continuous improvement of the Belfast project management team.

Create and maintain detailed Primavera P6 project and master programme schedules across the project lifecycle. Run planning workshops, integrate multiple schedule inputs, perform critical path and risk analyses, assess schedule impacts and changes, support EVM and cost-loaded scheduling for forecasting, and produce programme reports to support project controls and senior stakeholders.
