Manage building projects across the full lifecycle in Northern Ireland: lead design, procurement, construction, and commissioning; act as primary client contact; administer NEC ECC contracts; ensure delivery across RIBA Stages 0-7; support team performance and continuous improvement.

Review and process subcontractor invoices, certified payrolls, and closeouts for federal subcontracts. Ensure compliance with FAR, contract terms, and Prompt Payment Act; validate allowable costs; track and resolve discrepancies with project teams; maintain auditable records; support closeouts and propose process improvements.

Lead BIM electrical modeling and documentation for large-scale projects using Revit MEP. Produce construction drawings, ensure BEP/LOD compliance, perform clash detection and QA/QC, coordinate multidisciplinary integration, maintain Revit content libraries, and mentor junior staff while supporting digital delivery and BIM standards.

Maintain and organize project document library, prepare transmittals, meeting minutes, operations manuals, and job data books. Establish computerized indexes and distribution schedules, handle document cataloguing, storage/disposal at closeout, and support office administration to meet company quality and record-keeping standards.

Provide electrical construction supervision and quality assurance: review shop drawings and submittals, enforce QPP/ITP compliance, perform FATs/SATs and commissioning, supervise site engineers and inspectors, manage contractor compliance, issue NCRs, and resolve technical/constructability issues.

Lead and support ecological consultancy services, manage project phases, develop solutions for ecological issues, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Dataverse and SharePoint data models, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports and Power Portals. Collect requirements, design solutions with UX, estimate work, troubleshoot and improve existing solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders and digital teams. Support capability growth and incorporate feedback; SPFx and Azure exposure are advantageous.

Lead BIM modelling for hydraulic and wet fire protection disciplines across multidisciplinary building projects. Manage BIM data, produce high-quality hydraulic models and documentation, coordinate ISO19650-based workflows, chair stakeholder workshops, generate reports and VR presentations, and liaise with BIM technicians, designers and project controls throughout design and construction.

Lead electrical design for water and wastewater projects across planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Produce design packages, perform power-system studies (MV/LV, arc-flash, motor starting), coordinate SCADA/PLC and process interfaces, support procurement and construction-phase activities, mentor junior engineers, and engage with clients for proposals and technical presentations.
