Partner with business leaders to prioritize projects, monitor success metrics, resolve distribution issues, and apply change management. Develop marketing/sales policy, financial controls, and revenue/margin metrics. Coach, mentor, and delegate to project management staff to drive timely launches and sustained business results.

Lead LATAM IT operations strategy and delivery, manage multi-country IT teams, ensure infrastructure and cloud reliability, drive automation and digital transformation, oversee incident management, vendor relationships, budgets, and cybersecurity compliance to support business objectives.
