Lead PMO responsibilities for an Army/INSCOM intelligence data program: manage contract execution, finances, staffing, deliverables, risks, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to ensure mission success and contractual performance.

Lead and manage a SETA program supporting CPE IEW&S at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Oversee finances, invoicing, deliverables, staffing, risk management, Deltek timekeeping, quality/compliance, stakeholder engagement, and program reporting. Provide on-site leadership during transition and steady-state, support growth/recompete activities, and ensure contractual and customer requirements are met.

Perform cyber incident intelligence and damage assessments for Army/IC programs, analyze losses of critical technology, support development of Army-wide damage assessment processes, and assist drafting policy and regulations to protect critical technology, leveraging cyber forensics, NIST frameworks, and intelligence directives.
