The role is hybrid in Lake Mary, Florida, and requires travel of up to 25%, including international travel.

Provide internal and external customer support for order, technical, payment, and claims issues. Coordinate with relevant teams to manage order changes, completions, expediting, credit matters, account blocks, tracking, and communications. Document order information, assumptions, and decisions in company systems. Analyze statistics, forecasting, and pacing using available tools while ensuring complete case ownership and customer satisfaction.

Oversee finished-goods warehouse and logistics operations, including floor layout, inventory placement, FIFO practices, cycle counts, audits, shipping, receiving, and transaction records. Prepare logistics documentation such as Bills of Lading and Proof of Delivery records, coordinate with procurement, operations, quality, and finance teams, and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Leads medium-sized to complex renewable energy projects from execution planning through handover and contract closeout. Oversees internal and external resources, schedules, financial targets, quality, HSE, cybersecurity compliance, and customer acceptance. Supports tendering, continuous improvement, process simplification, team development, and potentially portfolio oversight. The role is fully remote and supports ABB’s Motion Renewables Product Solutions business line.
