Provides executive administrative support to the CEO, President, executive team, and Board members. Manages complex calendars, domestic and international travel, itineraries, meetings, agendas, expenses, reports, deadlines, visitor coordination, special projects, company events, and global meetings. Assess and mitigate enterprise privacy risks across systems, cloud services, vendors, data-sharing arrangements, and AI technologies. Conduct PIAs and DPIAs, review DPAs and privacy contract terms, support incident investigations, apply global privacy laws, and contribute to responsible AI governance, risk assessments, vendor evaluations, policies, training, and documentation. Partner with Legal, Security, IT, Product, and business stakeholders.

Develops and administers compensation programs, audits jobs, prepares job descriptions, analyzes salary survey data, reviews salary adjustments and job classifications, and recommends pay structures, compliance actions, incentive plans, and organizational changes. May support domestic and international compensation programs.
