Conducts commercial real estate title transactions from commitment review through final policy issuance. Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, transaction documents, surveys, and due diligence; obtaining title updates, curative matters, tax and recording information, and underwriting approvals; preparing commitments, proformas, policies, and endorsements; maintaining files and communicating with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
