Build and deploy production LLM-powered features and autonomous agent systems from prototype through monitoring and iteration. Develop scalable backend services and APIs, orchestration layers, memory systems, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and inference infrastructure. Drive reliability, security, observability, cost efficiency, and performance for AI systems. Collaborate with product and technical teams, mentor engineers, and establish modern AI-assisted development practices.

Lead software engineering teams and define technical strategy, architecture, delivery processes, and innovation initiatives. Partner with Product, Design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise software. Oversee the software development lifecycle, improve Agile and DevOps practices, manage distributed teams, recruit and retain talent, and ensure projects meet business, quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other clients. Generate new business, expand existing accounts, develop sales plans, assess client needs, present solutions, attend industry events, and meet or exceed sales goals. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, adaptability, persistence, and knowledge of the residential title and real estate industry.

Implement products, services, and business systems for clients; configure solutions, manage implementation needs, deliver training, conduct client meetings, document workflows, support proposals, analyze trends, and recommend improvements. The role coordinates with internal teams and clients to ensure successful, timely implementations and strong customer outcomes.

Perform and review commercial title searches, analyze records (liens, easements, judgments), price commitments and endorsements, review deeds and corporate documents, select appropriate policy write-ups, coordinate title resolution, and occasionally consult attorneys to complete commercial title transactions.

Coordinates commercial title workflows, vendor relationships, order requests, file status, document completeness, and settlement preparation. Reviews title data, resolves service issues, monitors vendor performance, supports onboarding, escalates complex title matters, and manages vendor-related projects, schedules, standards, and procedures while maintaining communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Examines commercial real estate titles across Maryland jurisdictions by researching public records, verifying ownership and legal descriptions, identifying liens, easements, leases, and other restrictions, and resolving discrepancies. Prepares accurate title commitments and reports while collaborating with underwriters, clients, and internal partners to support complex multi-property transactions. The role requires independent analysis, strong organization, legal and real estate terminology knowledge, and proficiency with office and property research tools.

Supports residential real estate escrow transactions by opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing closing documents, managing disbursements, following up, and communicating with customers. Interprets escrow-related agreements and uses transaction technologies to support an efficient customer experience. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, MS Office knowledge, and a high school diploma. Escrow experience is preferred.
