Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams to define requirements, design and implement system solutions, document processes, develop customizations, conduct testing and training, and resolve system issues to ensure alignment of applications with business processes.

The Program Manager oversees multiple interdependent projects, manages program execution, assesses risks, and coordinates with various teams to ensure alignment and effective program delivery.

Perform commercial title research and compile title packages for escrow and closings. Document research, process departmental documents, investigate and interpret tax records, and escalate issues as needed. Work may involve remote searches and travel to courthouses or government offices.

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, deliver customer service, training, reporting, and solutions. Coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams, support implementations, identify sales opportunities, gather data, and respond to client inquiries to drive retention and growth.

Support escrow team with opening orders, preparing closing documents, inputting closing statements, handling disbursements, and communicating with customers throughout the escrow process. Provide administrative support and use office technologies to ensure accurate, timely closings and excellent customer service.
