Provides customer service, order entry, issue resolution, returns coordination, payment processing, collections, and accounts receivable support. Manages customer accounts, follows up on overdue invoices, documents collection activity, resolves payment discrepancies, and maintains accurate account records. Manage paid search, shopping, marketplace, and comparison-shopping campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Lead strategy, optimization, spend reconciliation, and coordination with creative, finance, legal, merchandising, account managers, and agency partners. Manage Amazon and Walmart paid programs while using major advertising platforms and analytics tools to execute and evaluate campaigns.

Support expense budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and modeling for shared services. Prepare monthly reporting packages, analyze variances, assist monthly close, perform ad hoc analyses, monitor cost-control initiatives, and collaborate with department leaders and executives to inform financial strategy.

Serve as HR generalist partner for Central Ohio operations and corporate functions: handle employee relations, compliance, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, and support talent acquisition and engagement initiatives.

Lead the architectural design of OMS solutions, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, provide technical leadership during implementations, and collaborate with stakeholders for optimal solutions.

Lead marketplace strategy and P&L across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other platforms. Drive assortment, pricing, advertising, and operations to grow profitable revenue. Build and develop a high-performing marketplace organization, partner cross-functionally, launch new channels, and improve marketplace technology, reporting, and scalability.

Own strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, testing roadmaps, and analytics; partner with cross-functional teams to improve attribution and tracking; leverage AI, automation, and scripts to scale performance and present insights to leadership.
