Supports supply chain and project management initiatives by tracking project progress, risks, and action items; coordinating supplier and customer certification projects; analyzing data; preparing management reports and dashboards; supporting supply chain localization and business continuity; and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Develops and maintains fabrication methods, operating sequences, and manufacturing processes for parts, components, and assemblies. Coordinates product releases, applies DFx principles to reduce costs and improve quality, establishes time standards, recommends tooling, develops test procedures, and investigates assembly or system-test issues. Performs PFMEA, identifies root causes, recommends corrective actions, and prepares reports. The role may require cleanroom work, PPE, tools, and extended standing or movement.

Own the architecture, design, and implementation of calibration software for advanced electron microscopy systems. Build concurrent hardware-control services, operator-facing interfaces, numerical and computer-vision algorithms, distributed systems, AI infrastructure, simulation tools, and automated testing. Analyze real measurement data, optimize performance, and collaborate with physicists and R&D teams to deliver validated calibration workflows and metrology solutions.

Manage service parts planning and inventory to meet business entitlements. Forecast demand, control inventory turns and obsolescence, prepare inventory for fab ramps and service agreements, perform root cause analysis for delivery misses, maintain KPIs and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.

Develops and delivers semiconductor equipment application solutions for customers. Responsibilities include identifying technical and business needs, advancing complex application projects, supporting evaluations and demonstrations, developing and validating process methods, optimizing system performance, transferring new product capabilities, and collaborating with global R&D, product, service, and customer teams. Requires strong technical communication, English presentation skills, teamwork, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

Works with product development and introduction teams to communicate engineering requirements, involve suppliers in specification reviews, and support design for manufacturability. Evaluates supplier capabilities, production readiness, quality performance, manufacturing processes, and materials. Supports supplier selection, technical audits, cost and quality improvements, incident management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and production assessments for new and transferred modules. The role requires approximately 50% travel.

Supports semiconductor process development and customer-site equipment installations, validation, troubleshooting, and production ramp-up. Designs experiments, analyzes process data, performs root-cause analysis, optimizes equipment parameters, prepares technical reports, and collaborates with customers, R&D, engineering, and product teams. Provides equipment configuration and process-operation guidance while meeting safety, quality, confidentiality, and customer requirements. The role requires domestic travel of approximately 20% to 40%.

Designs and optimizes display and semiconductor manufacturing processes through experimentation, data analysis, hardware characterization, film property measurement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Creates technical documentation, engages customers, collaborates with suppliers, implements new technologies and instrumentation, and leads project teams. Requires a related bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of experience; CVD, ALD, PVD, smart tools, sensors, and AI/ML experience are advantageous.
