Owns architecture, new product introduction, customer escalations, cost reduction, reliability, supplier qualification, and technical roadmaps. Partners across process, systems, electrical, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers while managing resources, schedules, risks, and priorities. Coaches engineers in mechanical design, GD&T, tolerance analysis, FEA, thermal analysis, and design reviews.

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for semiconductor equipment components and assemblies. Coordinate product improvements and new product releases, lead DFx cost and quality initiatives, establish time standards, recommend tooling, develop test procedures, and identify root causes and corrective actions using PFMEA. Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement, automation, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.

Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Coordinate product improvements, reduce manufacturing costs, improve quality, establish time standards, recommend tooling, develop test procedures, and investigate root causes. Apply lean principles, automation, DFx, and PFMEA to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. CMP knowledge is preferred.

Manages outsourced logistics providers, regional ordering and purchasing teams, inventory levels, warehouse audits, staffing, performance processes, reporting, and claims for lost or damaged materials. Ensures compliance with company policies, implements corrective actions, supports employee development, and coordinates with internal management and suppliers to maintain efficient logistics operations.

Leads supply chain design and commercialization for new semiconductor equipment products, from prototyping through high-volume production. Develops sourcing, dual-sourcing, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and supplier negotiation strategies. Coordinates cross-functional NPI programs involving engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality, buyers, and suppliers. Manages material cost targets, supply continuity, delivery, budgets, and quality while presenting recommendations to executive leadership and mentoring junior staff.

Develops and maintains manufacturing processes, operating sequences, and methods for parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Coordinates product improvements, leads DFx cost and quality initiatives, establishes time standards, develops test procedures, and performs root-cause analysis and PFMEA. The role also manages manufacturing engineering projects and mentors junior engineers. Work may occur in cleanroom environments and requires use of tools and protective equipment.
