The Process Engineer designs and optimizes manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, analyzes data, troubleshoots engineering issues, and collaborates with teams and customers.

Lead presales technical engagements for process quality solutions (FD, R2R, SPC) with AI/ML enablement. Build and deliver demos, PoCs, proposals, and training; consult on integrations; gather customer feedback to inform product improvements; collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to drive customer adoption and ROI.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and global adoption of PALMS, a lab management enterprise platform. Drive legacy migrations, standardize lab workflows, define integrations, measure adoption and platform health, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven laboratory operations.

Lead order fulfillment and demand planning for multiple customers/regions. Manage forecasts, manufacturing slot requests, bookings, shipments, employees and budgets. Drive process improvements, execute demand planning reviews, handle customer escalations, and manage special projects to meet commitments and business goals while complying with company standards.
