Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) supply chain activities: develop materials strategies, coordinate MRP demand signals, source and qualify suppliers, manage commercialization and change control, resolve supplier quality and cost issues, track KPIs and landed costs, and lead cross-functional teams through complex program execution.

Lead commercialization and market adoption of Applied Global Services managed-service offerings by developing customer-centric value propositions, ROI/TCO analyses, and sales enablement. Engage with customers, field, engineering, and product teams to identify service opportunities, conduct VOC and market assessments, and drive installed-base growth and service penetration across strategic accounts.

Lead product marketing strategy and execution for semiconductor/display products: develop business and marketing plans, competitive and pricing analysis, recommend investments, support product development and lifecycle management, partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and sales, and enable field teams to maximize account penetration.

Lead architecture, development, integration, and qualification of RF power delivery systems for semiconductor equipment. Define requirements, optimize plasma-RF performance, run simulations and lab characterization, support NPI and qualification, drive reliability and manufacturability improvements, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across cross-functional teams and customers.

Act as primary interface between sales and business unit for multiple accounts/regions. Execute account strategy, qualify specs and RFQs, manage demos and evaluations, perform value pricing and financial forecasting, drive order closure, and program-manage account initiatives to meet revenue, margin, and operational targets while presenting technical material to customers.

Lead enterprise MCOS program to drive cost reductions and forecast accuracy. Align cross-functional teams, consolidate and maintain forecasts in MCM, manage MCOS pipeline and quarter-end actuals with Finance, enforce standard processes and tool adoption, run operating cadence, remove execution barriers, and report risks and outcomes to executives to accelerate savings realization.

Troubleshoot complex software issues on customer sites, manage expectations and prioritize requests, validate customer scenarios, engage with product teams for readiness, develop and deliver software training, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage and deliver systems engineering projects and programs for semiconductor/display equipment. Define objectives, plan resources, enforce compliance (ISO, safety, patents), oversee budgets, lead multiple teams, hire and develop staff, drive R&D integration, and resolve complex technical and organizational problems while optimizing design activities using computing resources.
