Own end-to-end product features: design, build, ship, and iterate. Lead Angular front-end architecture and collaborate with backend teams (Go/Node/Python). Use AI-assisted development tools daily, instrument and analyze feature usage, run experiments, and mentor engineers while driving engineering excellence and cross-functional product decisions.

Own and execute EMEA marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue. Lead and grow an SRE team to ensure platform reliability and scalability. Own incident response, on-call execution, post-mortems, and SRE processes (incident, change, capacity, problem management). Partner with Product and Engineering to embed reliability, track operational KPIs, and optimize workflows to reduce risk.
