Senior HR Business Partner for Revenue partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Experience, and Revenue Ops to drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation strategy, performance calibration, people analytics, change management, and complex employee relations across global markets.

Own end-to-end product features: design, build, ship, and iterate. Lead Angular front-end architecture and collaborate with backend teams (Go/Node/Python). Use AI-assisted development tools daily, instrument and analyze feature usage, run experiments, and mentor engineers while driving engineering excellence and cross-functional product decisions.

Own and execute EMEA marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue. Partner with regional sales, lead demand generation, ABM, digital, events, partner and customer marketing, translate global AI messaging for local markets, build and manage a regional team, budgets, agencies, and performance reporting, and travel across key EMEA markets.

Design and run onboarding and continuous enablement for global BDR/SDR teams: build 30/60/90 programs, deliver training and coaching, maintain sales playbooks, translate product/competitive updates into sales content, measure enablement KPIs, and manage certification and ramp-to-productivity.

Support Docebo's security and compliance program by maintaining policies and control frameworks, assisting with risk assessments and audit support (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS), evaluating vendor risks, maintaining compliance documentation and reports, and responding to customer security/privacy inquiries to support sales and internal stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end design of AI-assisted workflows and generated-output experiences for administrators, creators, and learners. Build reusable AI design patterns (review states, approvals, data visibility, recovery, privacy). Rapidly prototype high-fidelity or coded AI behaviors, craft microcopy for AI moments, collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams, and perform implementation reviews to ensure polished production experiences.

Lead and grow an SRE team to ensure platform reliability and scalability. Own incident response, on-call execution, post-mortems, and SRE processes (incident, change, capacity, problem management). Partner with Product and Engineering to embed reliability, track operational KPIs, and optimize workflows to reduce risk.

Serve as trusted advisor for an enterprise Docebo LMS portfolio: drive adoption, translate strategy into platform configurations, manage renewals, mitigate churn, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable learning outcomes.

Lead complex full‑stack engineering work, architect and implement scalable solutions, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and QA, and drive process and technical improvements to deliver high‑impact AI-enabled learning features.

Provide VIP technical support to premium SaaS customers: diagnose and resolve complex application issues, manage escalations, identify trends, document environments and work with CSMs, TAMs, Product and Professional Services to improve service and retention.
