Secure Docebo’s AWS cloud infrastructure across architecture, IAM, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, detection, vulnerability management, and compliance. Lead cloud incident response, threat monitoring, root cause analysis, and post-mortems while participating in an after-hours on-call rotation. Develop security guardrails, automate controls, manage vendors, and guide engineering teams on cloud security best practices across AWS and multi-cloud environments.

Manage end-to-end Deal Desk operations for North America, reviewing complex pricing and contract terms, enabling Sales with commercial guidance, coordinating Legal/Finance/Operations, maintaining playbooks and templates, and improving processes to accelerate deal velocity in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Lead enterprise-focused pipeline generation and expansion programs (ABM, partner marketing, digital, events) to drive upsell, cross-sell, and partner-sourced revenue. Build account-based plays using intent data, coordinate closely with sales, support federal campaigns, measure pipeline impact with clear attribution, and iterate using AI-driven insights.

Design, implement, and improve cloud security controls across AWS and multi-cloud environments. Integrate security into IaC and CI/CD, build detections and SIEM rules, manage vulnerabilities and runtime protections, enforce IAM best practices, respond to incidents (on-call), and develop security standards, documentation, and vendor relationships.

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll build strong customer relationships, translating business goals into technical strategies and ensuring success with Docebo's AI-powered learning platform.

Support and automate multi-tenant AWS environments: implement compute/storage/network/IAM changes, write IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), configure observability (Datadog/CloudWatch), troubleshoot non-prod issues, assist FedRAMP patching and security compliance, and produce runbooks and documentation while collaborating with product and SRE teams.

Hunts net-new enterprise accounts across a named North America territory. Manages end-to-end complex SaaS sales cycles with C-level stakeholders, builds account plans, drives pipeline and predictable revenue, partners cross-functionally, leverages CRM and sales tools, and travels (~30%) for high-stakes meetings and events.

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to build dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics. Partner with Core Data and cross-functional leaders (Finance, RevOps, CS, GTM) across NA and EMEA to define KPIs, execute an analytics roadmap, ensure data governance and quality, and apply predictive modeling to drive business decisions. Serve as the Director of Data's North America presence and champion scalable BI and data modeling best practices.

Lead and mentor a regional Customer Success team across SEEMEA and DACH, define KPIs, drive retention and growth, build strategic customer relationships, standardize processes, and use CS/CRM platforms to monitor account health and identify automation and improvement opportunities.
