Responsibilities include requirements derivation, system modeling and simulation, feasibility studies, performance verification, technical documentation, component production, systems integration, and compliance with safety and performance standards.

Year-round engineering interns support defense and commercial programs through laboratory prototyping, hardware and test software evaluation, fixture design, test documentation, compliance with defense standards, and project engineering tasks. Interns gain exposure to radar, aerospace, avionics, modeling and simulation, antenna design, software development, and DoD contract execution. Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in engineering, computer science, physics, optics, mathematics, or a related technical field.

Manage an RF product-line portfolio from cradle-to-grave: define technical roadmaps, coordinate production and LRIP, sunset legacy products, liaise with customers, and grow product market using agile practices.

Support a Missile Defense Agency program by designing software architectures, leading multi-site engineering teams, defining CI/CD and automation pipelines, documenting systems via modeling tools, decomposing requirements for V&V, and applying Agile/DevOps principles to deliver fielded products.

Design, build, and test electronic hardware and firmware for radar/high-power/high-speed systems. Create circuit board designs, develop and document system requirements and technical specs, run analyses and test plans, support test execution and production, and solve routine technical problems.

Develop and maintain software for a Missile Defense Agency program, focusing on backend and command-and-control applications, microservices, container deployment, integration and automated testing, message translation, and systems engineering support across Unix/Linux and Windows environments.

Perform systems engineering including technical planning, system integration, verification & validation, cost and risk studies, and supportability/effectiveness analyses. Identify and track program requirements, manage performance metrics, and oversee the systems engineering process. Role contingent on award of funding.
