Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Rowan Nurses and other roles. Build candidate pipelines, manage the ATS, partner with HRBPs and hiring managers, train hiring managers on best practices, extend offers, support onboarding, and ensure compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Coordinates creative projects from briefing through completion, including photoshoots, product photography, marketing collateral, social content, budgets, digital assets, vendor partnerships, and new store-opening signage. Collaborates with brand, creative, retail marketing, product, expansion, and external partners to maintain timelines, quality, brand consistency, and efficient workflows.
