Own the technical evaluation and solution design process for real estate development and construction finance prospects. Conduct discovery, redesign workflows, deliver tailored product demonstrations, build ROI models, and advise executive stakeholders. Support implementations, integrations, reporting, and post-sale issue resolution while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success. Contribute to enablement, thought leadership, conferences, and proptech industry expertise.

Own the Platform team's product strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and execution across shared workflows, technical services, APIs, reliability, scalability, and developer productivity. Partner with engineering, application, design, and GTM teams to identify customer needs, drive zero-to-one initiatives, improve adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role also influences product practices, communicates with executives and enterprise customers, and guides implementation trade-offs in a B2B SaaS environment.

Own the marketplace’s pricing frameworks, take-rate and margin performance, vendor tiering, supply-demand liquidity, and repeatable new-service launch processes. Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Vendor Operations, Account Management, and Customer Success to improve commercial performance, resolve cross-side billing issues, and standardize operations. Build analytics and frameworks from ambiguous problems while supporting marketplace growth and service expansion.

Build and scale Built's supplier marketplace: design the partner lifecycle and operating model, source and negotiate vendor partnerships, onboard and manage performance, coordinate legal/product/engineering, and close the first cohort of partners to drive live platform transactions.

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead complex enterprise sales cycles in real estate finance, working with executives to modernize lending processes with Built's solutions.

Build durable marketplace platform primitives and microservices, ship fast prototypes/MVPs with real customers, improve live products, integrate LLMs and document-extraction workflows, participate in customer discovery, partner on system design, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead and grow a data engineering team to build a trusted, fast, composable, and self-serve data platform. Define architecture and roadmap for ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics; ensure reliability, observability, and security; partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Security, and Engineering; be a hands-on player-coach delivering scalable data systems using Snowflake, dbt, and self-serve analytics.

Own end-to-end product design for Built’s platform: conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with PMs and engineers, maintain the design system, and mentor junior designers while using data and AI to inform decisions.

Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues, log and categorize tickets, escalate complex problems, document resolutions, maintain knowledge bases, meet performance metrics, and advocate for customer experience improvements.
