Drive initial outbound prospecting to healthcare organizations, qualify leads through multi-channel outreach, engage decision-makers, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification and meet revenue goals.

Provide application-level support and troubleshooting for PACS and reporting applications, optimize workflows, manage interoperability (DICOM/HL7), document resolutions, and collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to resolve issues and minimize patient-care impact.
