Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure). Improve deployment reliability, security, and observability; support containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes); collaborate with Development, QA, IT, and Security to troubleshoot and enhance engineering infrastructure and internal developer tooling.

Lead and grow QA engineering teams to define and execute a unified QA strategy across desktop and SaaS products. Drive test automation, CI/CD integration, scalable test frameworks, AI-assisted QA, quality metrics, and standardized QA processes. Partner with engineering, product, DevOps, security and support to improve release confidence and reduce defect escapes.
