Serve as local payroll representative for China and support other APAC countries. Audit payrolls for compliance, process payroll using ADP GlobalView and Workday, handle associate inquiries and third-party interactions, ensure statutory filings, provide training and guidance, research local laws, drive process improvements, and partner with global payroll and HR teams across time zones.

Develop and refine garment fit from concept to production by building tech packs, creating patterns, leading fit sessions, coordinating sampling with vendors and factories, resolving production issues, and using customer insights to improve product performance and consistency.

Greet and assist candidates, associates, and visitors; source, schedule, interview, onboard and process seasonal DC hires using SmartRecruiters and PeopleSoft; manage reception and general office tasks; attend recruiting events; maintain files and troubleshoot HR/payroll issues.

Participate in A&F's Leadership Development Program as a Technical Designer: create/edit patterns, build detailed tech packs and technical illustrations, lead fit sessions, collaborate with designers, merchants, sourcing, and overseas vendors, manage sampling through production, and use Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software to ensure fit and construction quality.

Manage APAC item and department planning for a brand gender: set volume, inventory, assortment and style count targets; execute pricing and promotions; reconcile forecasts monthly; present weekly regional updates; collaborate with Home Office and store planning; perform post-season hindsight and future strategy development.

Manage social compliance across APAC supply chain: identify high-risk regions and factories, conduct and manage social audits (SLCP, WRAP, SMETA, BSCI, SA8000), onboard factories, implement and verify corrective action plans, and partner with sourcing, QA, vendors, and third-party auditors to ensure responsible practices and alignment with A&F requirements.

Manage and organize the styling studio closet, coordinate sample pulls and outfitting racks for web and social shoots, prep garments and kits, audit inventory and reports, and communicate priorities and due dates with the Styling and Flat Styling teams.
