Establishes and sustains NIFC-EW and Live, Virtual, and Constructive environments supporting Naval and DoD electromagnetic spectrum modeling and simulation. Plans and executes LVC events, integrates constructive engines and simulators, supports hardware-in-the-loop applications, fuses weather and sensor data, evaluates modeling tools, analyzes electronic warfare gaps, and develops future environment requirements. The role also supports combat-system interfaces and requires site visits to multiple government and contractor locations.

Administer and modernize government program management portals and relational databases. Develop and support database applications, CAC-enabled web/cloud collaboration tools, and automated workflows. Ensure security and compliance, perform testing, backups, migrations, reporting, documentation, and provide user training and stakeholder collaboration to improve program management efficiency.

Provide network administration, IT, and cybersecurity support for DoD systems at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Duties include installation, maintenance, patching, lifecycle upgrades, asset inventory, documentation, ATO/POA&M/IAVM compliance, system troubleshooting, user support, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure secure, accredited, and resilient IT environments.

The Database Administrator will manage, optimize, and secure mission-critical databases, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and supporting data operations.
