Build and maintain backend services for Taskrabbit's fulfillment systems, modernize legacy platforms, migrate live traffic, improve matching and ranking, work with large structured and unstructured data, design APIs, ensure reliability and observability, write tests, and participate in on-call rotation.

Coordinate and execute partner onboarding logistics and launches: location setup, rate card validation, training scheduling, channel triage, issue escalation, Confluence documentation, cross-functional tracking, hypercare monitoring, and support the Onboarding Associate to keep launches on schedule.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for European and Support teams, advising leaders on performance, employee relations, compliance, and talent development.
