As a Sales Development Representative at Ivalua, you will partner with the Sales team to introduce decision-makers in targeted accounts to Ivalua’s solutions. Responsibilities include generating qualified meetings, identifying bids and RFPs, and nurturing early-stage opportunities through valuable content.

The Sales Development Representative will generate qualified sales meetings for account directors, identify and qualify potential clients using various outreach methods, and maintain relationships with early-stage opportunities by providing valuable content. They will become knowledgeable about Ivalua's solutions and competitive positioning to effectively communicate with decision-makers.

The RUN Manager will lead the Customer Support team, developing strategies for maintenance goals related to quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include team efficiency, monitoring issues, conducting audits, and fostering strong client relationships while ensuring adherence to Ivalua's standards.
