The Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Technical supports system integrations and development across Finance, HR, and Legal systems, driving data flow and automation. The role involves developing solutions in NetSuite and ensuring system reliability and compliance.

Design and deliver enterprise subscription billing solutions: lead client workshops, perform FIT/GAP analysis, design end-to-end integrations, configure Zuora products, test and support UAT, provide training and ongoing technical guidance.

Advise customers on revenue recognition automation, lead discovery sessions, design tailored quote-to-cash solutions, deliver demos and executive presentations, support sales to win deals, drive adoption, and inform product strategy. Occasional travel within sales territory.

The Customer Solution Engineer acts as a technical advisor, designing Zuora solutions, managing customer relationships, utilizing SQL for data analysis, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.

The Technical Account Manager engages with customers to optimize their use of Zuora products, manage configurations, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical solutions and relationship management.

Lead architecture and technical direction for large-scale distributed systems. Design scalable, secure, cloud-native services, influence multiple engineering teams, mentor senior engineers, set engineering standards, manage technical debt, and own performance, resilience, and security for critical platform systems.

Maintain and improve reliability, scalability, and performance of Zuora's SaaS platform. Build automation (IaC, self-healing, remediation), apply AI/ML for predictive monitoring, lead incident response and root cause analysis, instrument telemetry, tune performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce manual work and improve operational excellence.
