The Technical Account Manager engages with customers to optimize their use of Zuora products, manage configurations, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical solutions and relationship management.

Maintain and improve reliability, scalability, and performance of Zuora's SaaS platform. Build automation (IaC, self-healing, remediation), apply AI/ML for predictive monitoring, lead incident response and root cause analysis, instrument telemetry, tune performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce manual work and improve operational excellence.

Lead analyst relations strategy to position Zuora as the AI monetization category leader. Manage briefings, RFIs, demos, customer references, and analyst-facing narratives. Mobilize cross-functional teams to convert product capabilities into analyst evidence, close feedback loops into product and marketing actions, and package analyst validation for sales and marketing use.

Manage and expand relationships within large enterprise customers ($100M–$1B+), drive cross-sell and renewal revenue, own territory and account plans, forecast pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, complete Zuora onboarding, and leverage AI and sales tools to meet and exceed quota.

Support Account Executives in pre-sales: deliver technical demos, craft AI-centric end-to-end use cases, secure technical wins, respond to RFIs/RFPs, inform product roadmap, and ensure customers realize value across the quote-to-cash cycle.

Partner with Product and Technology leaders to design and execute people strategies, workforce and succession planning, change management, and performance programs. Use data and AI to surface organizational insights, coach leaders, resolve employee relations issues, and lead global transformation initiatives across Product, Engineering, Cloud, Technical Support, and Security teams.
