Own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth VIP clients in Blockchain.com's crypto wealth program. Manage concierge onboarding, support, product adoption, and portfolio expansion while driving upsell and cross-sell across trading, OTC, Earn, lending, and referrals. Build trusted client relationships, maintain CRM pipelines, coordinate with internal teams, manage VIP communication channels, monitor performance, and provide market-informed recommendations.

Support AML, CTF, sanctions, transaction monitoring, travel rule compliance, and blockchain investigations. Use Chainalysis to assess wallet activity, investigate alerts, identify crypto financial crime typologies, and develop monitoring controls. Partner with Product and Engineering to automate compliance workflows, translate requirements into technical specifications, improve case management, and apply AI tools to investigations. Provide guidance to compliance colleagues and help develop blockchain investigation practices.

Owns end-to-end consumer financial operations for fiat and cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and reconciliation. Leads and scales operations teams, establishes controls and SLAs, manages incidents, supports product launches and geographic expansion, and partners with Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Product, and Engineering. Oversees AML, KYC, fraud, chargeback, liquidity, payment processor, and banking partner operations while using performance data to improve reliability, automation, and cost efficiency.

Lead end-to-end consumer financial operations for fiat and crypto money movement, building a scalable operations team, defining SLAs and controls, ensuring operational readiness for product/geographic launches, partnering with Compliance, Treasury, Product, and Engineering, managing vendor relationships, and using operational data to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Own and scale crypto savings and crypto-backed lending products: set strategy, roadmap, AUM and P&L targets; launch products and GTM; build business cases; partner with Product, Engineering, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing and Finance to optimize pricing, yield, collateral and profitability; run experimentation, performance cadence, and competitive analysis.

Drive consumer business strategy and product performance through quantitative analysis, dashboards, and business cases. Identify product opportunities, define requirements with Product and Engineering, support launches, monitor P&L, pricing, retention, and competitor trends.
