Designs, delivers, and operationalises the East Africa Foundry alumni community and the Green RISE Africa Connect Community of Practice. Manages community engagement (digital and in-person), peer learning, enterprise support, partnerships, visibility, data quality, and reporting. Coordinates cross-regional programming, conducts site visits, and works with funders and partners to translate strategy into well-run programmes and member services.

Design and implement Theory of Change, impact and evidence frameworks; build indicator trackers and dashboards; manage data collection, cleaning and validation; conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis; deliver reporting and insights; support adaptive management and capacity building across regional teams.

Lead implementation and management of Acumen's global impact measurement and management operations. Oversee data collection, quality assurance, dashboards, analysis, funder reporting, and cross‑regional capacity building. Manage direct reports and collaborate with investment, development, and finance teams to turn impact data into actionable insights.
