The Senior Business Development Manager will manage partnerships, develop business strategies, and drive the integration of Roku's OS with partners in the TV industry across the Americas.

Lead strategy and execution for off-platform integrations of The Roku Channel. Ensure consistent, high-quality streaming experiences across various platforms, defining the roadmap and prioritizing features to deepen user engagement.

Lead and grow a distributed IT support team across EMEA and India, own end-to-end employee support (incidents, onboarding/offboarding, executive white-glove), run follow-the-sun coverage, manage SLAs and ticketing (Jira Service Management), partner with identity, network, and AV teams, drive automation and self-service, manage vendors and hardware lifecycle, and serve as primary IT escalation/contact for EMEA and APAC.

Develop and evolve the RokuOS Platform Abstraction Layer to enable portability across diverse hardware. Architect modular OS components, write high-performance portable C/C++ code, build tooling for platform integration, collaborate across teams, debug complex system issues, and optimize performance and reliability across devices.

Lead cross-functional incubation to imagine, prototype, launch, and scale original platform-native interactive entertainment experiences. Define vision and repeatable pipelines, partner with product, engineering, design, marketing, and ad teams, shape sponsorship and monetization, and build Roku's internal innovation studio while balancing creative experimentation with measurable execution.

Develop and maintain regional TV platform software for Europe and Australia. Collaborate with SoC vendors, support certification (ETV, BBC, DTG), port software to regional standards like HbbTV, and implement new features. Primarily develop in C++ (with C, Python, and JavaScript as needed), troubleshoot across the stack, and leverage AI coding assistants to increase development velocity.

Monitor and triage Roku Channel platform issues (ad delivery, CDN, live feeds); prioritize and escalate incidents to engineering; collaborate with cross-functional teams; perform troubleshooting and some data analysis; support ad services and advertising operations; provide launch and high-visibility operational support, often during off-hours.

Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads for Roku Ads Manager, educate advertisers on the self-serve platform, manage leads in CRM, collaborate with AEs, and provide feedback to marketing and product teams.

Lead and coach a team of Account Managers focused on Media & Entertainment clients; drive client relationships, campaign strategy, performance optimization, revenue growth, upsells, and operational efficiency while collaborating cross-functionally.
