The Sr. AWS Developer designs and implements AWS solutions for contact centers, focusing on integration and development using programming languages. Responsibilities include leading teams, configuring systems, and delivering technical training.

Design end-to-end user experiences for Salesforce and AWS platforms (Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Amazon Connect).
