Lead defense software acquisition and sustainment programs supporting Air Force HR systems. Advise government program managers on acquisition strategies, governance, policy, risk mitigation, process improvement, and program execution. Develop integrated master schedules covering legacy and new programs, support strategic planning and leadership engagements, analyze programmatic issues, and provide recommendations for resolving complex acquisition and management challenges.

Responsibilities include developing containerized AI pipelines for model training, inference, and monitoring; integrating backend machine-learning logic with modern frontend frameworks; following the software development lifecycle; writing tested code; conducting peer reviews; documenting technical work; and collaborating within agile, multidisciplinary teams.

Supports Air and Missile Defense mission command systems by bridging system-of-systems integration, interfaces, and tactical software development. Develops system-level engineering products, requirements decomposition, logical and behavioral models, use cases, activity diagrams, performance criteria, and acceptance criteria. Works in Agile and SAFe environments using Jira and Confluence while coordinating with military, civilian, contractor, development, and end-user stakeholders.

Leads Guam Defense System integration across development, testing, experimentation, and operational activities. Coordinates engineering work among program offices, laboratories, test organizations, mission partners, and operational stakeholders. Resolves interface, interoperability, dependency, configuration, and technical risks; supports verification, validation, readiness, fielding, and transition. Produces integration status reports, technical assessments, risk analyses, briefings, and decision-support materials for leadership.
