Lead the APAC marketing function for Ticketmaster across multiple Asian markets. Manage a regional marketing team, drive paid/owned/earned channel strategies, deliver client-facing campaigns, optimize media budgets and performance, collaborate with sales, product, tech and insights teams, and champion MarTech-driven automation and measurement to support commercial growth and customer engagement.

Manage and support an assigned portfolio of Ticketmaster clients in Greece and abroad. Provide proactive client support, coordinate projects and timelines with internal teams, train and onboard users, create events/venues in the backoffice, prepare account reports, handle escalations including 24/7 high-severity support, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Manage and grow client relationships for Moshtix & Universe, ensure successful event planning and delivery, drive ticket and ancillary revenue through product, technology and marketing initiatives, oversee event-day services, support QA and issue reporting, assist renewals and new business, mentor colleagues, and uphold contractual, financial and quality obligations.
