As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support site leadership in talent management, employee relations, and compliance, while driving employee engagement and business performance.

Qualify and close local inbound and outbound leads, maintain accurate Salesforce records, build pipeline, collaborate with business development and marketing, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while improving conversion and activity metrics.

Provide HR support for an assigned facility as a strategic partner to site leaders: drive talent and performance management, retention, workforce planning, recruitment, compensation consistency, compliance, investigations, payroll/benefits support, data-driven improvements, and lead/train site HR staff.

Coordinate daily transportation operations: plan shipments, consolidate loads, set pickup/delivery appointments, manage import/export processes, liaise with customers and carriers, monitor carrier performance, and tender freight based on cost and service needs.

Supervise and coach an operational administration team handling customer orders, invoicing, stock file maintenance, reporting and site support. Liaise with operations and customers, resolve inventory queries, manage supplies and safety/compliance activities (FSANZ, HACCP, CoR), and drive continuous improvement and service excellence.

Serve as site HR strategic partner providing full-scope HR support: talent management, workforce planning, compensation education, investigations, payroll/benefits support, compliance, and leadership development. Lead and develop HR team and use data to drive retention and performance improvements.

Drive regional revenue and EBITDA growth through sales, pipeline management, and data-driven retention strategies. Manage opportunities in Salesforce, develop new-business strategies, conduct QBRs, negotiate contracts, forecast performance, and collaborate with Operations and Finance. Travel frequently to support customers, ensure satisfaction, and optimize networks while supporting VP of Business Development on sales initiatives.

Coordinate import/export shipments and customs clearance; manage and maintain documentation and customer profiles; resolve clearance issues; issue invoices and accrue costs; update customer files and support internal customer metrics.

As a Trades Assistant, you will support maintenance and repairs on equipment, respond to breakdowns, assist in preventative maintenance, and maintain a safe workspace while working closely with tradespeople.

The Financial Analyst will develop pricing strategies, create financial models, analyze data, and collaborate cross-functionally to support decision-making and enhance commercial systems.
