Support product safety, regulatory compliance, and certification for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Perform hazard analyses (FMEA, PHA, HAZOP), risk assessments, CE marking and technical file inputs, and coordinate testing/certification with third‑party agencies. Partner with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate safety into designs, track corrective actions, investigate safety incidents, and maintain safety documentation and training materials.

Identifies financial risks and opportunities, develops reporting tools and management dashboards, maintains forecasting activities in OneStream, and provides actionable insights through ad hoc financial and operational analysis.

The Customer Support Engineer repairs, troubleshoots, and updates complex equipment, ensuring operational quality and customer satisfaction, while working both independently and collaboratively.

Leads global import and export trade compliance, focusing on U.S. export controls, ECCN and tariff classification, licensing, sanctions, customs documentation, and restricted-party screening. Develops compliance controls, SOPs, dashboards, exception reporting, and automation initiatives. Partners with legal, logistics, supply chain, procurement, engineering, brokers, and service providers; supports audits, regulatory inquiries, risk assessments, and global process standardization.

Coordinate production planning across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Perform capacity analysis, manage BOM critical paths and work orders, reconcile material availability against production plans, identify supply risks, ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts, drive mitigation and continuous improvement, and communicate engineering changes to manufacturing.

Architect, develop, evaluate, deploy, and monitor agentic AI and multi-agent systems for semiconductor manufacturing. Integrate reasoning, planning, and reinforcement learning into AI workflows, select technology stacks, and collaborate with hardware, software, and data teams. Develop web-based AI applications and apply emerging agent-based technologies to complex semiconductor challenges while ensuring usability, scalability, and cross-functional alignment.

Design and validate chemical-analysis devices for semiconductor process control: define requirements, create specifications, test materials and prototypes, execute test plans, troubleshoot subsystems (fluidic, optical, electromechanical, software), work with vendors and cross-functional teams, support manufacturing and field deployments, and produce technical reports. Occasional domestic and international travel (<20%).

Perform setup, calibration, testing, troubleshooting and rework of circuits, components and assemblies; develop test methods, prepare technical reports, assist with test equipment selection, and operate in cleanroom and shift environments.

Lead and evolve the enterprise supplier risk program, maintain the risk register, assess and mitigate supplier operational, financial, geopolitical and sustainability risks, audit supplier BCPs, define mitigation playbooks (alternate/dual sourcing, inventory buffering), manage supply chain sustainability programs (RBA, Conflict Minerals, emissions), lead a team, and provide executive-ready risk reporting and cross-functional alignment.
