Design, develop and optimize an on‑prem full‑stack platform for railway products focusing on high availability, reliability and cybersecurity. Develops and executes software validation and test plans for rail signalling systems. Creates test automation, analyzes failures, conducts lab and simulation stress tests, and reports results. Collaborates with engineering teams, follows Agile/DevOps processes, and supports safety-driven testing and continuous improvement.

Lead system design, signaling analysis, modelling, and simulation for CBTC train control systems. Convert customer requirements into system and subsystem specifications, perform gap analyses, prepare operational concepts and proposals, manage work packages, mentor engineers, coordinate with software/hardware/safety/IVVQ teams, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering projects on schedule and budget.

Lead and coordinate Solutions Deployment bid activities for CBTC projects: consolidate estimates, prepare SOWs, validate scope and schedules, support bid milestones, interface with customers and internal HODs, and hand over awarded bids to project teams.

Senior signaling systems engineer responsible for CBTC/urban rail signaling design, simulations, application database development, interlocking/control tables, performance analysis, requirements/specification creation, bid support, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring safety and standards compliance.
