Plan and execute functional and non-functional testing for EMS/SCADA solutions. Design test cases, use test management tools, identify and track defects, collaborate with developers, mentor testers, and ensure product quality across the product lifecycle using agile methodologies.

Design and propose cost-effective custom automation solutions by translating customer requirements into concepts, CAD models, cost estimates, risk assessments, and proposals; support account managers and cross-functional teams; mentor junior engineers and travel to customer sites as needed.

Apply ML (surrogate models, optimization, RL, Bayesian methods) integrated with MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, or PLECS to enable design-space exploration, model reduction, anomaly detection, and reliability assessment. Collaborate with local and global teams, external partners, and disseminate results via reports, patents, and publications.

Lead robotics process engineering for automation solutions: program and commission robots, configure robot I/O, vision and dispense equipment, develop offline programs and simulations, optimize cycle times, confirm robot models, mentor staff, and lead projects.

Design, implement, deploy, and monitor scalable ML pipelines and experiments. Develop production-quality code, CI/CD, containerized deployments, unit tests, and troubleshooting. Support customers and stakeholders with demos, documentation, and sales/operations support. Work with LLMs, AI agents, and advanced statistical/numerical methods.

Design, program, test, and commission control software and robotic systems using PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and servo applications. Review customer specifications, provide technical documentation, perform preventative maintenance, deliver on-site support and training, and ensure safe, specification-compliant equipment operation.
