Manage the Quality Management System application portfolio: ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, ITSM/CMDB registration, license and vendor management, SLA-based service delivery, IT security compliance, documentation, testing/validation, and continuous improvement with business stakeholders.

Prepare competitive bids, estimates and quotations by defining technical solutions, pricing, cashflow and resource hours. Coordinate inputs, documentation, supplier selection, risk reviews, and customer engagement. Report bid status and analyze tender outcomes to support Sales Managers and Supply Chain.

Lead and execute quality assurance and control activities in manufacturing: drive root cause investigations, implement corrective/preventive actions, improve quality processes and systems, apply statistical techniques and continuous improvement tools to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead strategy, commercialization, and governance for the companys support portfolio. Define offerings, pricing, packaging, and P&L oversight; drive cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to improve adoption, retention, margin, and field enablement.
