As a Business Analyst, you will gather business requirements, create specifications, manage product backlogs, and provide user support for CPQ applications.

Lead pricing strategy and execution across the Americas by developing price models, margin and profitability analyses, and pricing programs. Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and IT to govern pricing processes, deliver analytics and recommendations, manage pricing communications and tools, and build pricing capabilities and talent to drive profitable growth.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release workflows across environments; manage Azure DevOps; support Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker, Linux/Windows servers; handle deployments, patching, monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting; maintain runbooks and automation, and contribute to DevSecOps and continuous improvement under senior guidance.

Lead product strategy and go-to-market for process control products: conduct market research, develop business cases and product requirements, coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering, run field trials and product launches, create marketing/training materials, and track business performance to drive growth.

Support month-end close, prepare weekly flash and MIS reports, analyze cost center and balance sheet schedules, maintain and refresh Power BI dashboards, drive automation and process improvements, support audits and ad-hoc analyses.

Lead cross-functional new product development projects from concept to launch. Create and maintain plans, schedules, risk registers, and gate presentations. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and marketing teams, drive issue resolution, escalate key risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Perform month-end close activities, prepare and post manual journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and calculate accruals. Support audits, produce financial statement reporting, drive process improvements and automation using low-code tools, and collaborate with controllers and cross-functional teams within a shared services environment under US GAAP.
