Build and operate production-grade, metadata-driven data ingestion pipelines and interfaces. Implement secure, fault-tolerant extraction services (Python/Scala), CDC/delta/event patterns, data quality frameworks, metadata/catalog integration (Unity Catalog/Databricks), and CI/CD-based platform components while collaborating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate production-grade, metadata-driven data ingestion pipelines and platform components. Implement CDC/delta/event patterns, integrate sources (SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint), manage metadata and data catalog (Unity Catalog), enforce data quality frameworks, and collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders in a CI/CD-driven environment.

Implement and support SAP Analytics Cloud for Accounting and Controlling. Design and build interactive dashboards, reports and data stories. Maintain BW process chains and authorizations, advise CKUs and business leaders, manage external vendor resources, and support master data and planning solution development using SAP planning tools and visualization platforms.

Support the management and optimization of applications infrastructure, analyze data, assist in documentation, and collaborate with teams on application-related activities.

Lead and coordinate SAP S/4 HANA QM and/or PM rollouts at site level: drive kick-offs, FitToTemplate and system tests, manage JIRA user stories, validate data migration, create and execute cutover and post-go-live plans, train key users, and act as single point of contact between location, country and rollout teams.

Manage Sales Operations for Power Transmission Solutions within an assigned territory: coordinate quote-to-order and order-to-cash processes, align quotations with sales and technical teams, maintain customer master data, administer contracts, drive CRM/tool standardization, monitor quality and customer satisfaction, and promote customer-centric practices.

Lead a multi-product application engineering team for conveyor belt solutions: define product and service requirements from customer input, provide technical training and support, manage quality incidents and performance issues, collect and analyze product performance data, drive customer-specific projects and innovation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and central functions.

Manage and grow key and strategic customer accounts through relationship-building, opportunity and quote generation, contract negotiation, claim resolution, forecasting, product launch support, cross-divisional selling, market intelligence, and coordination with commercial, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Regular customer visits and promotional activities required.

The role involves leading PR and product communication strategies, executing campaigns, managing budgets, and enhancing brand reputation across APAC markets.
