Lead engineering projects from proposal to customer acceptance, managing scope, schedule, budget, supplier coordination, change control, risk management, commissioning, and technical customer interfaces while ensuring safety and standards compliance.

Develop and customize PLC ladder logic and HMI applications, design software structure, perform commissioning per project timelines, and support control system electrical design and motion control for EV/powertrain systems.

Travel required.

Manage corporate monthly/quarterly financial reporting and lead Accounts Payable operations. Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, system/process improvements, and serve as primary financial liaison to the parent company while ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and AP team leadership.

Lead mechanical design and technical execution from project kickoff through customer acceptance. Manage engineering schedules, resources, risk analysis, Make/Buy scope, ECRs, design reviews, documentation, operator training, and customer technical relationships. Drive lessons-learned, cost/timing reductions, and team performance evaluations. Support manufacturing recovery actions and define new, non-standard solutions.

Lead setup, integration, commissioning, and on-site installation of vision, dispensing, laser, adhesive joining and robot automation systems. Configure hardware/software, tune process parameters, validate safety and performance, provide customer training and after-sales support, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and project teams to ensure delivery and acceptance.

Design and develop control system concepts and architecture, produce functional specifications, program PLCs and HMIs, debug and commission assembly lines on site, support external technical resources, and manage project scope, schedule, quality, and customer relations.

Lead and grow the regional E-mobility R&D team focused on battery module and pack assembly and new technology development. Oversee projects (quality, scope, cost, timing), manage KPIs, training, supplier scouting, and customer technical support. Align technical solutions with proposals and sales, ensure process compliance, and drive continuous improvement and resource planning.
