Design, architect, and deploy cloud-native, hybrid architectures for mission-critical DoD environments. Lead development teams, implement IaC, microservices, and event-driven patterns, ensure compliance with DoD STIGs/CIS benchmarks and impact levels, and operate in cleared/air-gapped networks.

Lead architecture and development of end-to-end remote sensing and SDA processing systems. Design radiometric/spectral models, advanced imaging algorithms, ML-based detection and multi-sensor fusion, trajectory estimation, and scalable scientific computing solutions. Mentor engineers, set technical roadmaps, and collaborate with mission stakeholders to deliver secure, production-grade analytics.

Use data science to source, ingest, clean, transform, analyze, and visualize structured and unstructured data in WDP. Develop dashboards and data products (Databricks, SQL, Python, Tableau/Qlik), create visual narratives, and brief senior DoW leadership to support IT portfolio management.

Design, implement, and optimize computer vision and multi-sensor fusion algorithms for detection, characterization, and tracking. Build training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines (Python/C++), integrate deep learning (transformers like DINO/CLIP/SAM) with classical estimation (Kalman filters), and support GPU‑accelerated, containerized inference for real‑time GEOINT applications.
