Work with Navy customers to analyze data, build predictive analytics and machine learning models (including NLP and deep learning), develop algorithms and scripts, apply ETL/ELT data engineering practices, and deliver insights to inform military decision-making. Must be eligible for Secret clearance.

Design, build, and operate scalable Databricks-based data and analytics solutions for government missions. Implement modern data architecture, ETL/analytics using PySpark and Spark SQL, manage Delta Lake and Unity Catalog, integrate Databricks with CI/CD and SDLC tooling, and apply AI/ML techniques to operational decision-support problems within compliance-driven environments.

Build, enhance, and sustain Army applications integrating AI-enabled analytics and Vantage; perform data mining, preprocessing, and modeling; develop and maintain Microsoft 365 SharePoint sites, manage permissions across SharePoint/Qlik/Power Apps, refine data governance artifacts, and support verification, validation, and user issue resolution.

Design, build, and maintain Qlik dashboards and applications; integrate, validate, and troubleshoot data pipelines; manage user access and monthly changelogs; support an enterprise knowledge portal and SharePoint/Army 365 sites; produce documentation and training materials; perform exploratory analyses (correlation, clustering, anomaly detection) and evaluate analytics platforms to improve visualization and integration for Army stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines and platforms (including Palantir Foundry/Gotham) for mission-driven clients in classified or restricted environments. Guide cross-functional teams, communicate architecture decisions, implement secure analytics ecosystems, and support AI/ML integration and DevSecOps practices under constrained mission conditions.

Perform network exploitation, protocol analysis, and vulnerability assessment to identify adversary capabilities. Support offensive cyber operations, perform RHEL systems administration, use tools like Wireshark/tcpdump, container technologies, and automation (Ansible). Contribute to development of exploitation workflows and expand skills in protocol reverse engineering and offensive security techniques.

Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software solutions from vision to production. Collaborate with teams to solve complex problems, use front-end and back-end languages, and ensure systems align with architecture and future enhancements. Maintain code quality and work within secured environments.

Lead architecture and implementation of cloud-native, data-driven full-stack applications and microservices. Own major components, design secure scalable back ends, govern AWS/Azure and Kubernetes deployments, integrate large-scale data/search pipelines, drive DevSecOps/GitLab CI/CD, mentor engineers, and evaluate emerging technologies for intelligence missions.

Design and implement cloud-native full‑stack features: front-end interfaces and back-end microservices, build and integrate APIs, containerize and orchestrate services, deploy to AWS/Azure with IaC, apply DevSecOps and CI/CD, integrate analytic/ML pipelines, troubleshoot full‑stack issues, and participate in Agile delivery.

Assess public-sector organizations and design digital strategies and solutions (data analysis, process automation, UI/UX, AI). Engage stakeholders, apply transformation frameworks, deliver persuasive recommendations, and support implementation of technology and business-system improvements.
