Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications, ontologies, and workflows for intelligence data fusion and analytics. Work across frontend frameworks, backend services, AI/ML environments, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver production-ready systems in an agile, collaborative environment.

Develop and maintain scientific Python pipelines for remote sensing and SDA: radiometric modeling, imaging/signal processing, ML-enabled detection and classification, orbital modeling (SGP4/TLE), and reproducible CI/CD-driven deployments in collaboration with astrodynamics and ML teams.

Design, implement, and optimize computer vision and multi-sensor fusion algorithms for detection, tracking, and characterization. Build training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines (Python/C++), apply transformer-based deep learning, integrate Kalman-family estimation, and support GPU-accelerated and containerized inference for real-time GEOINT systems.

Assess public-sector organizations and design digital strategies and solutions (data analysis, process automation, UI/UX, AI). Engage stakeholders, apply transformation frameworks, deliver persuasive recommendations, and support implementation of technology and business-system improvements.

Design, train, test, deploy, and maintain AI models and agentic workflows. Build secure data foundations on enterprise cloud (AWS). Implement MLOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, containerization, event-driven integrations, and model evaluation. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, architects, and product owners to deliver AI-enabled solutions for the Air Force.
