Preferred experience includes agent-based systems, data fusion, streaming frameworks, secure cloud environments, containerization, infrastructure automation, and AI-assisted mission capabilities.

Design enterprise architectures and selective modernization strategies for C++, Java, and Python applications using microservices. Define existing interfaces and services, incorporate non-functional requirements, and develop incremental modernization roadmaps covering availability, performance, sequencing, and milestones. Lead complex technical solutions, communicate recommendations to software teams and government customers, and mentor team members while supporting cloud, digital, interoperability, and multi-security-level modernization initiatives.
