Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build farms, source control infrastructure, automated testing, and cloud or on-prem environments for cross-platform game development. Automate packaging and deployment, troubleshoot pipeline failures, manage incidents, improve build performance, and create internal tools using scripting languages. Collaborate with programmers, artists, QA, engine teams, and technical leads to support Unreal Engine integration and project milestones.

Build, extend and maintain Unity editor tools, asset pipelines and automation to improve artists/designers/developers workflows. Integrate tools with source control and build systems, optimize performance, document code, troubleshoot studio issues, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize and iterate on tool features.

Develop and maintain Python automation to collect, validate, and report cloud and on‑premises cost data; build dashboards and CI/CD pipelines; perform cost allocation, anomaly detection, and optimization analysis; collaborate cross‑functionally and document FinOps automation procedures.

Supports game revenue strategy and monetization optimization through player behavior analysis, KPI dashboards, A/B testing, market research, and performance reporting. Partners with production, live operations, marketing, data, design, and economy teams to improve engagement and profitability. Leads the technical strategy and architecture for a large game development division. Oversees game engines, infrastructure, tools, pipelines, live services, R&D, and AI integration. Manages and mentors 35–40 programmers, establishes coding standards, resolves complex technical issues, coordinates Unreal toolchain alignment across partner studios, and guides technical co-development. Requires advanced Unreal Engine, Unity, C++, C#, Python, AI/LLM deployment, strategic leadership, project management, communication, and mentoring skills.

Own the AI platform product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases, drive adoption, ensure compliance and governance, measure KPIs, and coordinate delivery of production AI solutions and flagship agents demonstrating business ROI.

Create and edit short-form gameplay videos and assets for marketing, social, UA campaigns and app stores; capture gameplay, prepare assets, support Photoshop/After Effects tasks, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams.

Create high-quality marketing video content and ads for multiple platforms, owning production from concept to delivery. Modify/create 3D scenes and animations, capture in-game footage, adapt formats for channels, incorporate audio/graphics, follow IP and brand guidelines, manage asset library, respond to stakeholder feedback, and collaborate with Marketing and User Acquisition to optimize performance.
