Builds executive relationships, leads international virtual teams across Splunk and Cisco, develops multi-year opportunities, positions security and observability solutions, drives adoption, and aligns customer priorities with commercial outcomes.

Lead the architecture and development of high-performance firmware and system software for Cisco Meraki switching products. Design L2/L3 networking features, write and test C/C++ code, develop design specifications, debug software and customer issues, and oversee unit, integration, and system testing. Leads product and process improvements for tunable laser assemblies and optical daughter boards. Responsibilities include yield improvement, failure analysis, product debugging, scrap and cost reduction, DFX coordination, troubleshooting guide creation, and volume manufacturing readiness. The role collaborates with design, test, process, and quality teams and requires expertise in optical assembly, fiber handling, laser diode integration, tunable laser theory, calibration, and statistical analysis.

Lead yield, product, process, quality, debugging, RMA, failure analysis, cost reduction, and DFX activities for high-bit-rate optical coherent transceivers. Coordinate with design, test, process engineering, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to optimize specifications, resolve field and production failures, implement corrective actions, and approve products for volume manufacturing.

Lead qualification of optical devices, transceiver components, suppliers, and assembly processes. Conduct supplier assessments, design and process reviews, audits, reliability evaluations, and failure analysis. Own optical component quality, reliability, and manufacturability throughout the product lifecycle, while driving containment and corrective actions for business-impacting issues. Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and external suppliers in a cross-functional environment.
