Manage end-to-end supply chain execution for Cisco Silicon One products: ensure production readiness, align demand and supply, manage orders, materials, assembly and test schedules, maintain rolling 6-month ship plans, and serve as primary internal customer contact to meet delivery commitments.

Lead MBIST methodology and architecture for Silicon One ASICs. Define MBIST requirements for advanced nodes/packages, design reusable MBIST architectures, implement test automation, collaborate cross-functionally to improve silicon quality and yield.

Lead ASIC verification efforts: review micro-architecture, supervise verification team, implement UVM environments, collaborate with design/firmware, perform debug, root-cause analysis and post-silicon validation.

Design, develop, and test board support packages (BSP), diagnostics, kernel and user-space device drivers for FPGA and networking peripherals. Debug prototypes, validate software, execute test plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliability and performance of Cisco routing and switching hardware.
