Develop and implement CRM strategies for higher education clients. Responsibilities include auditing CRM systems, designing workflows and communication journeys, managing data and integrations, optimizing marketing automation, creating analytics and reporting, and improving customer journeys. The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on CRM implementation across platforms such as Slate, Element451, Salesforce, and HubSpot. It also involves client collaboration, project planning, solution development, and supporting business development presentations.

Manage the full lifecycle of marketing and advertising projects, including planning, budgeting, timelines, resources, execution, KPI tracking, profitability, and closure. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate project status, resolve issues, and ensure work meets scope, budget, quality, and performance goals. Build client relationships, identify expansion and renewal opportunities, and connect project outcomes to broader business objectives.

Build and maintain marketing technology solutions: lightweight applications, API integrations, server-side tracking and conversion APIs, automation and reporting dashboards, troubleshooting tracking/attribution, and support client implementations across analytics, paid media, CRM, and web teams.
