Lead development, implementation, and troubleshooting of electronic test programs, equipment, and procedures (in-circuit, functional, ESS, and system/software). Analyze test data, resolve yield issues, train technicians, coordinate third-party test development, and maintain process documentation and verification for production integration.

Serve as customer-facing supply chain analyst for strategic materials: drive sourcing/pricing strategies, manage supplier contracts and relationships, implement supply assurance and cost-takedown plans, track material financial performance (PPV), increase VMI and EDI use, mitigate shortages/excess, support commodity teams, and coordinate cost reconciliations with customers.

Manage supplier relationships and procurement operations: place and modify purchase orders, track shipments, monitor inventory and critical materials, handle freight/claims, approve invoices, maintain procurement records and metrics, and conduct supplier reviews to ensure timely, cost-effective supply for production.

Lead and direct cross-functional program teams to deliver PCBA/SMT manufacturing programs from NPI through production ramp-up. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate production schedules and data requirements, drive customer satisfaction and growth, support contract negotiations and business proposals, and implement HR and performance processes to ensure program metrics and retention.

Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring production, quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets. Lead cross-functional teams, interface with customers, resolve escalations, participate in planning, present updates to leadership, and drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance.

Support manufacturing by designing, improving, and maintaining production processes and equipment. Work cross-functionally on new product development, PFMEA and control plans, work instructions, layout design, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement using statistical methods to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost. Coordinate with customers and internal teams on specifications, production schedules, and technical recommendations.

Design and develop DC/DC power converter products: electronic, thermal and magnetic design; evaluate, verify and test prototypes; redesign for performance or cost; collect and analyze customer data to guide roadmaps; collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams throughout development.

Maintain and improve quality engineering programs for electronics manufacturing: develop inspection and test methods, sampling plans, corrective actions, audits, training, metrics reporting, equipment qualification, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
